The Operational Safety
Assurance Model™

Five frameworks. One model. This is how operational events become stakeholder trust — and how every ITquette deliverable fits into that chain.

How to read the model

Operational layer

Events become intelligence

Frameworks #2 and #3 address what happens when something goes wrong — how events are classified into reusable scenario intelligence and how investigation produces corrective action. This is where Itquette LLC's operational service begins.

Evidence layer

Intelligence becomes evidence

Framework #4 addresses the quality of the evidence produced. Traceable, verifiable, repeatable, and contextually valid evidence is not just documentation — it is the foundation that makes everything above it defensible.

Assurance layer

Evidence becomes assurance

Frameworks #1 and #5 address how credible evidence supports a defensible safety claim and how that claim becomes an operational assurance capability that regulators, insurers, and the public can rely on.

The outcome

Assurance becomes trust

Trust is not created by organizations. It is the decision stakeholders make after evaluating the evidence an organization has produced. The model ends at trust because trust is the consequence — not the objective. The objective is trustworthiness.

Read Framework #4 — the evidence layer explained.

The Credible Safety Evidence Framework is the intellectual core of this model. It defines what evidence must possess before stakeholders can evaluate it with confidence.
